For Monday night, rain showers are possible before 10pm, turning to rain and snow showers after 1am with a 30% chance. Partly cloudy conditions will persist, with a low of 33°F and west winds at 9-13 mph.
There was really only one story this week: The Washington Capitals and Wizards could be moving to Potomac Yard.
Even as things seemed to quiet down after Zoning for Housing, this bombshell is likely to continue to be one of the biggest stories going into 2024 and discussions at both the city and state level will continue for months to come.
