On July 9th, Revolutionary Fitness in Old Town Alexandria is opening its doors for DEXA Scan Day, and it’s the most complete body assessment you’ll find anywhere in the area.

Your bathroom scale can’t tell you if you’re losing fat or muscle. It can’t see the visceral fat around your organs, and it can’t measure the bone density that determines how strong and independent you stay into your 50s, 60s, and beyond.

Monarch Montessori School, located at 218 East Monroe Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia, currently has five full-time infant spots available for immediate enrollment.

Our infant program offers a nurturing and quiet environment for $2,300 per month. Our highly trained, compassionate staff provides personalized care, assists with sleep training, and offers guidance on health and nutritional needs. To ensure more one-on-one attention, our classroom is limited to 12 infants. While younger infants follow their own natural rhythms, those over 12 months transition to a structured daily schedule for meals, naps, and outdoor play.

Alexandria, VA | Revolutionary Fitness, an Old Town-based coaching studio, has announced the launch of Revolutionary 50+, a 12-week semi-private training program designed specifically for men and women over 50 who want to build strength, energy, and long-term health.

The program addresses what owner Charles Augustine calls “a massive gap” in the fitness industry. “The mainstream either treats people over 50 like they’re 25 and breaks them, or treats them like they’re fragile and does nothing for them,” Augustine said. “There’s almost no middle ground, the smart, age-appropriate strength training that the longevity research actually says works.”
