Another busy week in Alexandria.

There was a shooting last night in the Braddock neighborhood. Two men were hospitalized with gunshot wounds, one in critical condition. The other, 25-year-old Alexandria resident Kwakia Frazier, died today.

The city is also warning about a scam going around with fake invoices sent out using the Alexandria Permitting and Land Use System (APEX) so be on the look out for that, along with the earlier E-ZPass texting scam.
