Kickstart Your At-Home Health and Fitness Journey with Alexandria’s Whetstone Virtual Fitness

When most of us think about “getting fit,” we envision eating a strict diet of green foods and protein and spending hours at the gym. But, really, it doesn’t have to be — and frankly shouldn’t be — that way.

Alexandria’s Whetstone Virtual Fitness creates customized nutrition and fitness plans to help you meet your goals — no matter how busy you are. This is all virtual, which gives you the flexibility to workout when YOU have the time. No more worrying about rushing across town for a personal training session.

Aside from being all online, here’s how Whetstone is different than other programs out there:

  • Whetstone’s experts will create customized nutrition plan and fitness routine based on your goals and fitness level.
  • You get access to one-on-one expert nutrition coaching that’ll help you lose fat, gain muscle and, overall, feel more confident and healthy.
  • A personal coach will send you different workout routines based on your fitness level you can do in under an hour from your home. They’ll also check in with you each week because accountability is key!

To get started, schedule a free online consultation. This is a simple 30-minute Zoom call where you’ll share your health and fitness goals with an expert coach. They’ll design an online fitness plan tailored just for you.

There’s no need to wait until the new year to commit to your health and fitness goals. It takes less than a minute to get started.
