Notes: Lorien Hotel & Spa in Old Town could see redesign and rebranding under new ownership

Alexandria Living Magazine reported that Lorien Hotel & Spa in Old Town could be turning a new leaf.

The hotel and spa could be converted to an Archer Hotel, a chain of boutique hotels. Alexandria Living Magazine spotted a note on the website for a new Alexandria Archer Hotel at the Lorien Hotel & Spa site called Treasure Trove. While the listing has seemingly been deleted, it describes the hotel as featuring a “charming brick courtyard” and “delightful spa.”

Alexandria Living Magazine noted that he hotel will reportedly feature a $4 million redesign.
