You don’t have to go to a galaxy far, far away to bring Boba, Fett, Han Solo and Yoda into your home.
The four 10-week-old male hamsters are available for adoption at the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
“Hamsters are clever and industrious, and they are going to want an enclosure full of enrichment activities, like wheels, chew toys and, of course, plenty of bedding for digging and tunneling,” AWLA spokesperson Gina Hardter told ALXnow.
Hardter continued, “Hamsters can also be taught tricks, ranging from general socialization to spinning in circles to navigating fun hamster obstacle courses, and the enrichment (and treats that are part of it) can help keep your hamster happy and healthy.”
