Episcopal High School (1200 N. Quaker Lane) in Alexandria was named as one of the potential Team Base Camps for FIFA World Cup 26, Inside FIFA reported.
Team Base Camps are the “homes away from home” for international teams; places they can train, relax, and prep for their next matches. There are 26 potential locations across the United States, including the private boarding school in the Seminary Hill neighborhood.
The actual locations for the base camps will be decided after the Final Draw next month determines which teams will play in what zones.
