Notes: Man stabbed at McDonald’s just west of Alexandria

Fairfax County police reported that a man was stabbed and left with critical injuries on Tuesday afternoon after a tabbing at the Baily’s Crossroads McDonald’s (5603 Leesburg Pike) just west of Alexandria, FFXnow reported.

Fairfax County police were dispatched to the fast food restaurant around 2:19 p.m., according to police scanner traffic.

“The victim is a Hispanic male on the ground with a knife in his chest,” the dispatcher said, calling for a police helicopter and a K9 unit to be deployed.

The suspect remained at the scene and was arrested. Police said the injuries are considered life-threatening.
