When we lost Dior, we made a promise. We promised to honor her by helping other animals get the second chance she fought so hard for. We promised to build something that would allow Wiggles Way Rescue to say “yes” when the next medical emergency arrived. That promise became Dior’s Dash.
Every season of rescue brings new medical challenges. Some are planned. Others come without warning. From Moonlight’s testing to Kato’s surgery, to Mater’s recovery from pneumonia, to giving our orphaned kittens the specialized care they needed to survive and thrive, these moments remind us why a dedicated medical fund is so important.
On October 17, every registration, sponsorship, donation, and volunteer hour will help build the Dior Second Chance Medical Fund—giving future animals the care they need when they need it most.
