The Accessible Events Show comes to the USA for the first time, right here in Alexandria. Born in London, AES USA is a one-day hybrid conference on Friday, December 4, 2026, at United Way Worldwide (701 N Fairfax St, Old Town North).
Event planners, venues, nonprofits, AV and event tech teams, and accessibility leads will learn practical ways to make events inclusive for everyone, from registration to on-site delivery. Topics include ADA compliance, captioning, ASL, accessible venues and virtual platforms.
Every session is captioned, with ASL interpretation, a step-free venue, and on-site quiet rooms.
