More Records Sealed Under Clean Slate Law on Oct. 1 — “Under Virginia’s ‘Clean Slate’ legislation, people convicted of some misdemeanor offenses, including petit larceny, disorderly conduct and certain trespassing offenses, will have those records automatically sealed.
