Inova will start construction on the new Alexandria Hospital next month, the Washington Business Journal reported.
Landmark Mall was demolished back in 2022 to clear a path for a mixed-use development area anchored by a 194-bed hospital with a Cancer Research Center and a Specialty Care Center.
Inova also told the Washington Business Journal that an ambulatory health center in Oakville Triangle is nearly complete — after previously being delayed.
