JUST IN: APD identifies victim of Landmark construction death

The Alexandria Police Department identified 29-year-old Luis Cardona Cerezo as the victim of last week’s death at the Inova at Landmark construction site.

APD has not released the circumstances surrounding Cerezo’s death, except to say that he was “fatally struck by a vehicle.”

The incident remains under investigation and no arrest has been made at this time, according to APD.
