Snow Possible Today — “A powerful cold front sweeping through the region Thursday morning will flip the script quickly — sending temperatures tumbling from the 60s into the 40s before most people even finish their morning coffee … Thursday will start wet for the morning commute, with periods of rain moving through the region. Potomac Pipe Repairs Rises to $30M — “D.C. region leaders said the cost of repairing the massive Potomac Interceptor pipeline break continues to rise, and new testing could soon reveal the full impact of the January spill … Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments officials said Wednesday that the estimated cost for emergency repair work has now climbed to about $30 million.
