Dollar Tree on Mount Vernon Avenue reopens after two-month closure

Two months after closing due to staffing issues, the Dollar Tree at 3811 Mount Vernon Avenue in Arlandria has reopened.

The store reopened to the public on June 30. A lone staffer told ALXnow that several employees have been hired to keep it up and running.

The store opened at 3811 Mount Vernon Avenue in 2023. The former CVS location was vacant for a decade before Dollar Tree moved in. The Finmarc Management, Inc. property is situated in the Del Ray North Shopping Center, which has struggled with occupancy for several years.

The company’s website lists several job openings available at the location, including store manager and sales floor associate positions.
