Need something to smile about? There’s a new dental office in Old Town North.
Dental Inc. officially opened its doors to the public on Saturday (May 10) at 1195 N. Fayette Street. Owners Dr. Kapil Kotadia and Prutha Kotadia were joined at the ribbon cutting by Mayor Alyia Gaskins, City Council Member Canek Aguirre and Chamber ALX CEO Joe Haggerty.
A regional native, Kotadia has a Bachelor’s degree in forensic science and a doctorate of dental surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University. His residency in general practice was completed at St. Luke’s Health Network in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
“It was there where Dr. K received advanced training and built his skills in surgery, cosmetics, and implantology,” according to Dental Inc. “When he’s not working hard in our office, Dr. K loves traveling the world with his wife, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the food scene around Alexandria.”
Services at the new office include:
Preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
Invisalign
Botox
In-office teeth whitening
Root canal therapy
Dental crowns
Dental implants
Emergency dentistry
The practice also works with most insurance providers, including Aetna, Always Care, Ameritas, Anthem, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, DNOA, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, Lincoln Financial, MetLife, Principal Life, United Concordia, United HealthCare, Careington, Zelis, and Delta Dental.
