The Washington Business Journal reported that Kawa Capital Management Inc. is in default on debt from the multi-building Braddock Metro Center, including the offices housing Alexandria City Public Schools administration.

The 80s office buildings are the ones adjacent to the Braddock Road Metro station and the ones anyone who has attended a School Board meeting has gone to.

The Journal reported that the company bought office complex in 2017 and then sold one of the buildings to the U.S. Senate Federal Credit Union. Kawa Capital Management Inc. has reportedly been delinquent since November on its loan.
