Today is the last day of business for Del Ray restaurant and cocktail bar Zuki Moon, the restaurant posted on Instagram.
The restaurant replaced KAiZEN Tavern in 2023, which in turn had been open since 2014.
The owners said that while Zuki Moon will close, they will be opening up a new coffee, cocktail and chocolate lounge called The Parlour at 115 S. Royal Street with other locations to follow.
According to the post:
We hope this message finds you well. For over five years, we, the Wharam family, have been proud to operate Kaizan & Zuki Moon. We were truly grateful to be part of such a vibrant community.
Our lease has come to an end, and we have decided not to renew. Our last day will be Friday, January 24.
We have informed our beloved team, and all will have the option to be relocated to positions within our other restaurants.
The Good News!!! We are excited to share that we are working on a new venture in multiple locations called : The Parlour: a coffee, cocktail, and chocolate lounge. The first will open on 115 South Royal Street. We believe it will provide an intimate setting that you will enjoy. Please do follow us @the_parlourbar @madamecocoalx
