Junction Bistro, Bar & Bakery at 1508 Mount Vernon Avenue in Del Ray has the Franco-Frankensteinian pastry, but before you start rushing out the door — only on Saturdays and Sundays.
“If you haven’t tried our viral #Crookie (warm gooey chocolate chip cookie + buttery, flaky croissant) – what are you waiting for??” the bakery said on Facebook. “Available Saturdays & Sundays at our Alexandria Location only.”
