Notes: Carlyle neighborhood street reopens after months of infrastructure work

🌦️ Today’s weather: Rain is likely before noon with patchy fog clearing by 10am, giving way to a mostly sunny day with a high near 59. North winds at 6 to 9 mph will shift west in the afternoon, while the chance of precipitation remains at 70%. New precipitation amounts could range between a tenth and quarter of an inch. For Tuesday night, there is a slight chance of rain after 4am, coupled with increasing clouds and a low of 49. A light south wind will accompany a 20% chance of precipitation.

After being closed for months, Jamieson Avenue in Old Town is reopened for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

AlexRenew said in a post yesterday (Monday) that the street is now reopen after two months of work on stormwater improvements. The infrastructure improvements had caused intermittent closures since October.

AlexRenew said the street had to be closed to allow crews access to Hooffs Run.
