It’s a big (green) weekend in Alexandria!

The Ballyshaners 41st Alexandria Saint Patrick’s Day Parade will step off from the corner of King Street and St. Asaph Street at 12:15 pm on Saturday.

The parade is a fun-filled event that attracts thousands of spectators and participants to Old Town. With pipe bands, Irish dance schools, community groups, and other performers and entertainment, it’s a great way to spend your day with family or friends. Be sure to check out some of the talented musicians and bands at venues afterward.

There’s a lot more than the parade happening this weekend in Alexandria; here’s a roundup of all the events, live music, and entertainment that you shouldn’t miss this weekend.
