Notes: Fairfax Police say shooting of Lincolnia teen was not a ‘random act’

Fairfax County Police said the shooting of a teen outside of a Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Lincolnia on Tuesday was not random, FFXnow reported.

The shooting occurred around 8 p.m. on the 6500 block of Little River Turnpike, west of the border with Alexandria. A 14-year-old victim was standing with another person outside the Tropical Smoothie when he was shot in the arm. He was taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
