A disabled 18-wheeler truck is blocking northbound traffic on Richmond Highway in Alexandria.
A KeHE truck was disabled near the top of the bridge by Slaters Lane on Richmond Highway.
As of 1:35 p.m., the truck was blocking the left two lanes with only one lane of traffic open, causing significant backups along Richmond Highway back to where the highway splits into Patrick and Henry Streets.
