Alexandria’s real estate market is keeping busy.
As of April 25, there were 366 homes for sale with a median list price of $417,400 and a median sales price of $632,500, according to Homesnap.
Although a good deal may be difficult to come by in this competitive market, 29 properties were reduced in price this past week, including:

3 BD/2.5 BA semi-detached home
- 607 S. Henry Street
2 BD/2 BA townhome
- 60 E. Rosemont Avenue

1 BD/1 BA condo
