More details have been released on a mother and daughter arrested last month for allegedly running a sex trafficking operation in Alexandria and Fairfax County.

The 21-year-old and 51-year-old women who live in Fairfax County have been held without bond since their arrest on May 4. On Feb. 6, 2025, Virginia State Police received an anonymous tip of a suspected illicit massage business, and provided multiple addresses and phone numbers, according to a recently released search warrant affidavit. About 11 months later, in January 2026, VSP created a fake phone number and made an appointment for $70.

Alexandria police have charged a 26-year-old woman with using a West End hotel room for prostitution.

The woman was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with residing in a bawdy place after police observed multiple men entering and leaving her room at the Days Inn, 110 S. Bragg St., according to a search warrant affidavit. The woman was released on a summons and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 11.

A Manassas woman has been charged after allegedly using an expensive Airbnb in Old Town for prostitution.

The 35-year-old woman was identified after police searched the phone of a man who died in his car in the 500 block of N. West Street on Saturday, July 5. She was charged with keeping a bawdy place after police found text messages on the man’s phone and launched an investigation, according to a recently released search warrant affidavit.

A 32-year-old Alexandria man has been found guilty for pimping out his girlfriend from his apartment.

Orayl Ingram was convicted on Feb. 28 for pandering and sex trafficking. He is currently being held without bond in the city jail, and faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison for each offense. His sentencing is scheduled for June 5.
