(Updated at 8 p.m. on September 16) Alexandria Police are reporting that the toddlers have been returned to their mother.

“Thanks to the assistance of everyone in the community the toddlers have been returned safely to their rightful custodial parent,” police said on social media.

The twin two-year-olds, Mariah and Bailey Fostion, went missing with their non-custodial father on August 29. No word as to whether the father, John Gaddy III, will face charges.

The Alexandria Police Department is searching for 24-year-old Jose Eduardo Gonzalez Calimayor, who was last seen at around 2 p.m. working as a landscaper in Old Town.

Gonzalez Calimayor, a resident of Fort Washington, Maryland, was last seen working in the 300 block of Commerce Street, police said in a release.

His green 1999 Mazda Millenia is also missing. The car has significant front-end damage, and has Maryland license plates reading 8BT1303.

“It doesn’t appear to be suspicious,” APD senior communication officer Amanda Paga told ALXnow. “It’s just unusual that he’s not been seen or heard from.”

Updated at 8:45 a.m. — Brynn Orrin-Brown was found safe on Friday morning, according to Alexandria Police.

The Alexandria Police Department issued a Critical Missing Person Alert for a verbal 13-year-old autistic boy who was last seen on North Pegram Street in the West End.

Police said on Twitter just before 7 p.m. that Brynn Orrin-Brown was last seen in the area at around 1:35 p.m. Thursday and was wearing a gray shirt, gray cargo shorts, black boot socks and hiking boots.

He was also carrying a green backpack, police said. Anyone who has seen him is asked to call 911 or the police non-emergency number at 703-746-4444.

Virginia State Police have issued a senior alert for a missing 81-year-old man suffering from a cognitive impairment last seen in the Hybla Valley area next to Alexandria on August 24 at around 7:00 a.m.

Jose Rodriguez is described as five-foot-nine, weighs 190 pounds and was last seen walking north on Davis Street.

He is possibly wearing a long sleeve black collared shirt, pleated black dress pants and black dress shoes, according to police.

“The missing senior suffers from a cognitive impairment and the disappearance poses a credible threat to his heath and safety,” according to Virginia State Police.

Anyone who sees Rodriguez is asked to contact the Fairfax County Police Department at 703-691-2131.
