Athenaeum artist, Sabiha Iqbal, has extended her artistry in The Well Seasoned Cookbook creating a fusion of tastes and blending Pakistani flavors with a mélange of other cuisines. She published the cookbook to teach her children how to prepare simple meals with a minimum of fuss. Most dishes are completed in a few easy steps within the hour. All recipes were kitchen tested.

Please come to the book talk and sample foods from the book’s recipes. The author will talk about her cooking techniques, and a few pitfalls in developing recipes and writing the book and will be happy to answer questions.
