Monthly Meditation & Community Night

Join our Monthly Meditation & Community Night for an evening of guided meditation followed by conversation and shared food. Everyone is welcome—whether you’re an experienced meditator or simply curious to explore meditation in a relaxed, supportive setting.

There’s no charge—just bring a dish to share. Tea will be provided.

The meditation will be led by Susan Bernhardt, a certified Yoga Therapist and holistic health practitioner with over a decade of experience teaching meditation, yoga philosophy, and other healing arts.
