Join the Museum, Trust for the National Mall, and local astronomy groups for an evening of stargazing at the Eisenhower Memorial in Washington, DC.
A variety of telescopes will be available for the public to use, with knowledgeable people on hand to answer questions. There will also be hands-on activities for all ages.
This program is presented by the Trust for the National Mall to celebrate President Dwight D. Eisenhower proposing the creation of NASA and is sponsored by the Thomas W. Haas Foundation, Otto Haas Charitable Trust, The Waterman Trust, and Wyncote Foundation
