Senior Services of Alexandria invites older adults and caregivers to a free, informative morning focused on fall prevention and safety. This event is part of the 2025–2026 Senior Living in Alexandria Speaker Series and will feature presentations from local experts in health, wellness, rehabilitation, and home safety. Attendees will learn practical strategies to maintain balance, confidence, and independence, including support and recovery options following a fall.
Topics will include understanding the risk factors associated with falls, accessing community-based resources, and making homes safer for aging in place. Presenting organizations include Belleview Medical Partners, Woodbine Rehab and Healthcare Center, the Northern Virginia Falls Prevention Alliance, and Crouch Realty Group of Corcoran McEnearney.
