YMCA seeking proposals from organizations to provide facilities and courts for the following Y program offerings:
• Summer Camp
• Aquatics instruction
• Pickleball instruction and play
• Programming for seniors
• Preventative health classes addressing Parkinson’s, arthritis, diabetes
prevention
Timeline and Requirements:
• Camp Dates: June 23 – August 22, 2025, M-F, 8am-4pm
• Programming Dates: June 23 – December 19, 2025, M-F, days/early
evenings
o Accommodations for minimum of 80 campers and 20 staff / 30
program participants and 3 staff
o Meet all local and state safety regulations
o ADA compliant
o Ability to control site access
o Proximity to major roads and public transportation
o Safe Drop-off and Pick-up location
o Location Suitability: Montgomery, Prince George’s, Arlington, Fairfax,
Loudoun, Prince William Counties, City of Alexandria and the District of
Columbia
Proposal Submission Requirements:
o Organization name, address, and contact details
o POC for RFP
o Dates/times the site is available for YMCA summer camp and programming
o Description of indoor/outdoor spaces
o Description of measures ensuring camper / program member safety
o Evidence of compliance with local health and safety standards
o Fee structure, including any additional costs
