Six-week Thursday night comedy series at Vola’s Dockside Grill kicks off tonight

A new six-week series of comedy shows with local comedians is launching tonight at Vola’s Dockside Grill in Old Town.

The Best of DC Comedy Show will be held at 101 N. Union Street every Thursday night between now and Feb. 19, from 6-8:30 p.m. Tonight’s show (Thursday) is sold out, but $25 tickets are available for upcoming shows.

“This is the spot to catch the funniest comedians DC has to offer, all on one stage,” according to an event listing. “Bring your crew, grab some great food, and get ready to laugh your heart out. It’s the perfect way to unwind and enjoy some top-tier comedy in a chill, welcoming setting.”

Each show features three comedians. The headliners for upcoming shows are listed below.
