Meet Toby, a 5-year-old tabby who is the definition of sweet and available for adoption through the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
Though Toby is very sweet, he is a bit uncertain of new surroundings, according to AWLA spokesperson Erin Shackelford.
His friends at the shelter had this to say:
Typically, he’s hiding away under his blanket fort where he feels safe and secure.
He needs to find a person who understands he will need some time and space to feel comfortable in his new home. He likes visitors who come in slowly and speak softly.
Toby really likes crunchy Temptation treats and will quickly gobble them up if offered.
He’s been waiting for the perfect forever home and would be a great addition to any family!
