First 100 customers to get a year of free coffee at Dunkin’ reopening in Alexandria

The first 100 customers at the recently renovated Dunkin’ in the Van Dorn Station Shopping Center this Saturday (Sept. 26) will get free coffee for a year, the franchise announced.

The 2,000-square-foot doughnut shop at 504-D S. Van Dorn Street closed last month, and just got its interior remodeled and parking lot repaved. The shop will host its grand reopening on Saturday from 9-11 a.m. The ribbon cutting will be held at 9:45 a.m. and feature an appearance by Dunkin’s mascot Sprinkles. Free giveaways and samples will also be provided to customers.

New additions to the remodeled Dunkin’ include indoor seating, free Wi-Fi and digital kiosks for customers to check out.

Owner Andy Cabral, who owns 27 Dunkin’ franchises across Virginia, will also present Alexandria-based nonprofit ALIVE! with a $1,000 check.

The free coffee for a year promotion is open to Virginia residents 18 and older who live in the Alexandria area. The first 100 eligible customers will get a coupon book good for four free medium hot or iced coffees per month for 14 months. The offer is only available to redeem at the 504-D S. Van Dorn Street location.

The restaurant will be open daily from 5 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
