Women’s Bar Crawl and fundraiser coming to Del Ray this Saturday

A women’s bar crawl and fundraiser is coming to Del Ray this Saturday as Women’s History Month is now underway.

The bar crawl is scheduled from 2-7 p.m. Saturday, featuring all woman-owned spots like Rosemarino D’Italia and Piece Out Del Ray. The crawl is being hosted by Del Ray Psych and Wellness (1900 Mount Vernon Avenue).

Tickets cost $15 apiece, with a portion of proceeds going toward the Alexandria Domestic Violence Safe House, which provides assistance to more than 50 women annually.

Admission comes with a lanyard, specials on food and drink, giveaways from local businesses and a grand prize raffle drawing.

The bar crawl will also have “immersive transformational stations,” with a “release station” at Del Ray Psych and Wellness at 2 p.m., a “primal scream and mind-body cohesion station” at Pat Miller Square (2311 Mount Vernon Avenue) at 5:30 p.m., and a closing dance party at Piece Out Del Ray at 5:45 p.m.

This isn’t the first bar crawl for event organizer and Del Ray Business Association President Lauren Fisher. The Del Ray Psych and Wellness owner is also the founder of the Del Ray Bands and Brews Bar Crawl and the Candy Cane Bar Crawl.

“The Women’s Crawl is about more than cocktails,” Fisher said. “It’s about creating spaces where women feel seen, supported and energized. When women feel connected and confident, they don’t just change their own lives, they strengthen the entire community.”

Revelers can check into Del Ray Psych and Wellness from 2-4 p.m. The participating businesses include:
