Alexandria City Council’s second Town Hall set for June 12

Mark your calendars for June 12, as the Alexandria City Council gears up for its second town hall of the year. The event takes place from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Charles Houston Recreation Center Gymnasium (901 Wythe St).

Mayor Alyia Gaskins, Vice Mayor Sarah Bagley, and all council members will be on hand to chat about issues affecting residents and share updates on upcoming projects and initiatives.

Got questions? You can submit them in advance through an online registration form. Question cards will also be available at the event.

To allow City Council members time to respond to as many questions as possible, please submit questions in advance through the registration form. You can also use question cards to submit your questions in person at the town hall on the night of June 12. City Council will read submitted questions aloud and answer as many as time allows.

Can’t make it in person? No problem. The town hall will be streamed online. Just register in advance to get a video conference link.

If you’re not able to attend in person, you may still submit questions ahead of time and watch online. Register in advance to receive the video conference link to watch the town hall via video conference online.
