Say hello to Cheese, a 2-year-old brown and white dog in need of a forever home.
Cheese would pair perfectly with anyone and is up for adoption through the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
She has had a rough arrival to AWLA, as she was emaciated and shy, according to AWLA spokesperson Erin Shackelford.
“She’s gained both weight and confidence in a foster home,” said Shackelford. “Her foster parent reports she was quick to learn house-training and is overwhelmingly sweet and gentle.”
