Meet Holmes, a black and white shorthaired rabbit in need of a forever home!
This adorable guy has been up for adoption since August through the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
Holmes is a calm rabbit who is very sweet and social. He’s enthusiastic when greeting visitors and will hop around for his favorite treats, according to AWLA spokesperson Erin Shackelford.
“He loves his timothy hay of course, but he also loves a carrot or lettuce to nosh,” said Shackelford.
“Some of his favorite toys include busy boxes stuffed with timothy hay and biscuits — he works very hard to best those and find all the surprise treats”.
