JUST IN: Nine-year-old among injured after motorcycle crash in Old Town

A nine-year-old child, an adult pedestrian and a motorcyclist were injured in a crash Wednesday night in Old Town (Oct. 30).

At around 6 p.m., APD received a call from witnesses that a motorcyclist struck two pedestrians.

Officers on the scene told dispatch that the child was going in and out of consciousness and that the motorcyclist had a leg injury. An adult pedestrian suffered a hand injury.

APD advised drivers and pedestrians to stay away from the area, and traffic was temporarily diverted northbound at Washington and Cameron Streets.
