Meet 65 pounds of cuteness in Rocky, a 3-year-old male dog who is up for adoption through the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
Rocky is a big softie who can be shy at first, but appreciates someone who can take the time to get to know him, according to AWLA spokesperson Erin Shackelford.
“It doesn’t take much though — a few tasty treats or some playtime with a tennis ball and you’ll be fast friends,” said Shackelford. “Rocky has grown in confidence and smarts since his arrival.”
This guy has learned the commands for sit and his leash manners are improving every day!
Rocky would make a great addition to any home and is sure to continue to gain confidence with the love of a family.
