Alexandria’s real estate market is hot, but that doesn’t mean all homes are going for over asking price.
As of May 2, there were 371 homes for sale with a median list price of $470,000 and a median sales price of $650,000, according to Homesnap.
Although a good deal may be difficult to come by in this competitive market, 26 properties were reduced in price this past week, including:
