MetroStage in collaboration with QuinTango will be presenting VIDA: An Immigrant Tale Told in TANGO, featuring the music of Argentine composer Emmanuel Trifilio and performed by QuinTango, the region’s premier and Alexandria’s resident tango band. Five fabulous musicians playing 2 violins, a bass, piano and bandoneon, with vocal tangos to be sung as well.
QuinTango has performed to standing ovations at the White house, international festivals in Europe, Mexico and South America and Alexandria. This is part of the “MetroStage at the Lyceum” series.
