D.C. news channel FOX5 is bringing its Zip Trip program to Alexandria’s Carlyle neighborhood on Friday (June 27).
Zip Trip is a program that tours locations around the region every Friday over the summer to highlight community activities and the people who make the town. The program is set to run from 7-11 a.m. at John Carlyle Square Park (825 John Carlyle Street).
“Fox 5 DC will host its morning broadcast from John Carlyle Square,” the Alexandria Economic Development Partnership shared in their weekly newsletter on Monday (June 23). “Producers worked with AEDP and Visit Alexandria to identify businesses and must-visits in the area to highlight. You can attend the live broadcast in person or watch from home”.
