Early morning travelers take heed: the Woodrow Wilson Bridge will be opening around 4:45 a.m. tomorrow (Tuesday) morning.
The bridge opening is scheduled to take place before scheduled maintenance openings and will last for 15-20 minutes, according to the City of Alexandria.
Bridge openings can often cause traffic delays around I-495, so drivers are advised to seek alternate routes.
