Inova opened a new urgent care center in Alexandria’s West End on Monday (Dec. 23).

The Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care opened at 4600 Kenmore Avenue in the Seminary Plaza shopping center, and it’s the ninth center to open this year in Virginia.

“We are open every day to serve the needs of our neighbors in and around Alexandria,” said Dr. Meredith Porter, medical director of Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care. “Our Northern Virginia community has come to rely on us for exceptional service and seamless access to Inova’s trusted healthcare network. We are privileged to take care of you and your family.”

The center caters to patients with non-life threatening health issues.

According to Inova:

The center “treats patients ages 6 months and older for non-life-threatening health concerns, including COVID-19, flu, fever, asthma, allergies, minor cuts, burns, pink eye, urinary tract infections, fractures, sprains, strains and more.”

InovaGoHealth is open every day, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
