Atlas Brew Works, which opened a new location in Alexandria earlier this year, will be bringing its Oktoberfest celebrations to the Carlyle neighborhood.

The brewery said in a release that it will be hosting an Oktoberfest at Atlas Alexandria Brewery and Tap Room (2429 Mandeville Lane) on Friday, Sept. 20.

“Celebrate with $5 all-day Festbier pints, authentic Oompah band music, and more throughout the weekend in DC’s Navy Yard and Ivy City neighborhoods and in Alexandria, Virginia,” the brewery said.

The event will run from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. in Alexandria. A German oompah band will play from 6-8 p.m. at the brewery and authentic beer steins will be available for purchase. The taproom will also offer wine and mixed drinks.
