Notes: Alexandria teen killed in Oxon Hill shooting

The teen killed in a shooting on Friday in Oxon Hill, Maryland, has been identified as Kenyon Valentine, an Alexandria resident.

On Friday, Oct. 6, around 5:45 p.m., Valentine was shot and killed inside a car at the 6800 block of Haven Avenue.

Valentine was pronounced dead at the scene.

A nearby Oxon Hill High School football game was postponed and briefly on lockdown after the shooting.
