There are a number of ways to give back during the pandemic. Volunteer Alexandria has reportedly mobilized more than 8,000 volunteers who have donated more than 11,000 hours since March.
Volunteers are needed at the following events:
- Wednesday, Nov. 4 — Food distribution at Casa Chirilagua (Two slots available)
- Monday, Nov. 9 — Decorate Envelopes for Holiday Sharing Program (Four slots available)
- Tuesday, Nov. 10 — Snow Buddy Orientation (96 slots available)
- Friday, Nov. 13 — Community Fresh Food Distribution (20 Slots available)
- Friday, Nov. 13 — Volunteer Bell Ringers Needed (Three slots available)
