Enjoy the return of jazz at Metropolitan Park with a free concert series co-presented by the DC Jazz Festival and National Landing BID. Listen to live stylings from Go-Go to bossa nova across the four-part series, from 5-7PM on select Thursdays: May 7, May 21, June 4, and June 18.

Refresh with onsite vendors including Toby’s Homemade Ice Cream and Taqueria Xochi, plus free samples from Mocktail Club—non-alcoholic beverages inspired by travel destinations. Take part in artist-led Studio Sessions curated by Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington while enjoying the music. Visit businesses around Met Park to pack a picnic or sit down for a meal after the show.

Music kicks off at 5PM and concludes at 7PM, with a set break in the middle.

Races + Revelry. All Underground. The iconic DMV cycling event returns to National Landing on February 21, 2026! Two levels of a parking garage transform into an underground race course, thrilling spectators and challenging cyclists with twists and turns.

With 10 races throughout the day – from the competitive Championship, Fixed Gear, and Relay races to the wacky Anything Goes Finale (think costumes and carts!), there’s something for everyone and all skill levels.

Spice up your Thursdays with NaLa Noches, a new Latin music series this fall in National Landing’s beautiful Metropolitan Park in Arlington. The free weekly series celebrates the broader diaspora of Latin music, kicking off Thursday, September 18 (5:00 – 7:00 p.m.) with a performance by Max Rosado, a powerhouse vocalist known for his salsa and tropical rhythms. During the live music guests are invited to grab a bite on-site from local favorite Taqueria Xochi, enjoy free Topo Chico (while supplies last) and dive into hands-on art activities hosted by the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington. Plus, stop by the National Landing BID tent for giveaways!  

The music lineup features a diverse array of groups handpicked by DC trumpet legend Joe Herrera. Getting there is easy; Metropolitan Park is a short walk from the Pentagon City Metro and buses, and there is ample parking in nearby garages.
