Announcing an exciting opportunity for girls and boys in grades K-5 to learn FLAG FOOTBALL – one of the fastest growing sports in the country!!
The program will be led by top level experienced coaches who are NCAA conference champions (Marymount University) and NFL Flag National Champions (Virginia Hurricanes).
Players will receive expert instruction in a fun, high-energy, and competitive environment at four 75 minute Sunday sessions. Participants will learn and practice key flag football skills and drills.
Sessions will focus on flag football fundamentals, teamwork, and skill development. Players will also learn the basics of flag football game play.
